SHIPPING POLICY

We partner with trusted fulfillment services to deliver your collectibles safely and securely. Please review the following information before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. During promotional periods or high-demand releases, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders to supported destinations.
Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on your location. Actual delivery times may vary based on product availability, carrier capacity, local postal services, public holidays, and customs processing.
Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery speed is outside our direct control. You will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment using:
- 17track.net – Works for all international carriers
- Your local postal service website once the package enters your country
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch. International shipments may show limited updates while in transit, with more detailed tracking once the package reaches your country.
Countries We Ship To
We currently ship to: Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, United Kingdom, United States, and Canada. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to ship there at this time. We are working to expand our shipping coverage in the future.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Switzerland & EU: VAT is typically included in your order total where applicable. Additional import fees are rare but may occur depending on your local customs authority.
- USA & Canada: Most orders arrive without additional fees. However, if duties are assessed by customs, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
- United Kingdom: Import duties and VAT may apply upon entry. Any fees charged by UK customs are the responsibility of the recipient.
- All regions: RevVault is not responsible for customs delays, import taxes, duties, or handling fees charged by local authorities. These are not included in your order total.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for:
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages lost because of address errors
- Reshipping costs if an order is returned due to address issues
If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an address error, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
A package is considered lost if it has not arrived within 30 days after shipment and tracking shows no delivery. In such cases, we will provide a replacement or refund depending on product availability.
Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier are not eligible for replacement or refund. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Check common delivery spots (mailbox, porch, reception)
- Contact your local post office or courier
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will do our best to assist, though replacements or refunds cannot be guaranteed for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
Delays Outside Our Control
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- Customs processing or inspections
- Extreme weather or natural events
- Public holidays (local or international)
- Carrier delays, backlogs, or strikes
- Global logistics disruptions
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
These factors are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
